MapWise provides an optional full day onsite custom training class for customers using ArcView.
We explain the basics of using ArcView with the data we provide as well as provide instructions to
accomplish specific tasks you have in mind. The following topics are covered:
- Basic GIS concepts.
- Details about the aerial photography and map data.
- Navigating the map layers.
- Searching for information.
- Creating map layouts and printing.
- Using GPS with ArcView.
- Editing data.
- Translating your custom needs into specific procedures.
Support
We are here to answer questions and help you work through any problems you might have. Support is available via phone, email, and remote desktop. Many clients choose to have us remotely access their system to configure their system, provide updates, and walk them through specialized tasks.
