Upload Custom Logos
Add your own brand or facility logos to the map for presentation-ready visuals and improved asset management.
Follow the steps below to prepare a PNG file, upload it and size it correctly.
1. Get a PNG Logo
- Search online for your logo followed by PNG (e.g. “Courtyard by Marriott logo PNG”).
- Right-click the image and choose Save Image As. Store it in
Downloads
or your desktop.
- Ensure the file is .png; transparent backgrounds look best on the map.
2. Open a Drawing Tools Project
- In the map viewer, click the Globe with Pencil icon to access Drawing Tools.
- Select Manage Projects. Under Personal, right-click and choose Add Project.
- Name the project (e.g. “Courtyard Project”) and click Load Project.
3. Add a Point on the Map
- Choose the Draw Point tool and click the location where the logo should appear.
- If unsure of tool icons, hover to view descriptions.
- Deactivate the tool, then right-click the new point to open its settings.
4. Upload & Select Your Logo
- In the point settings, click Logo Graphic.
- Choose Upload Logo Image > Select File and locate your PNG.
- Give it a descriptive name and click Save. A confirmation "Files uploaded" will appear.
- Your logo now appears in the drop-down list—select it to apply.
5. Set the Logo Size
- Choose from Small, Medium, Large or Original Size.
- If the logo is too big or small, simply click the point again and pick a different size.
- Zoom in/out on the map to confirm visibility at various scales.
Tips & Best Practices
- Use transparent PNGs for seamless overlay on aerial imagery.
- Keep file sizes under 1 MB for quick loading.
- Organize logos by naming them clearly (e.g. "Courtyard Logo White").
