Upload Custom Logos

Add your own brand or facility logos to the map for presentation-ready visuals and improved asset management.

Follow the steps below to prepare a PNG file, upload it and size it correctly.

1. Get a PNG Logo

  1. Search online for your logo followed by PNG (e.g. “Courtyard by Marriott logo PNG”).
  2. Right-click the image and choose Save Image As. Store it in Downloads or your desktop.
  3. Ensure the file is .png; transparent backgrounds look best on the map.

2. Open a Drawing Tools Project

  1. In the map viewer, click the Globe with Pencil icon to access Drawing Tools.
  2. Select Manage Projects. Under Personal, right-click and choose Add Project.
  3. Name the project (e.g. “Courtyard Project”) and click Load Project.

3. Add a Point on the Map

  1. Choose the Draw Point tool and click the location where the logo should appear.
  2. If unsure of tool icons, hover to view descriptions.
  3. Deactivate the tool, then right-click the new point to open its settings.

4. Upload & Select Your Logo

  1. In the point settings, click Logo Graphic.
  2. Choose Upload Logo Image > Select File and locate your PNG.
  3. Give it a descriptive name and click Save. A confirmation "Files uploaded" will appear.
  4. Your logo now appears in the drop-down list—select it to apply.

5. Set the Logo Size

  1. Choose from Small, Medium, Large or Original Size.
  2. If the logo is too big or small, simply click the point again and pick a different size.
  3. Zoom in/out on the map to confirm visibility at various scales.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use transparent PNGs for seamless overlay on aerial imagery.
  • Keep file sizes under 1 MB for quick loading.
  • Organize logos by naming them clearly (e.g. "Courtyard Logo White").
