Get the MapWise app for iPhone
Search any parcel by owner, parcel ID, address or place, tap the map to identify one, measure distance and area on the aerial, and turn on flood zones, wetlands, soils, zoning, land cover and more. Sign in with the same MapWise login you use on the web.

- Read owner names, values and sales history for any parcel with MapWise Pro
- Share a parcel as a link from its details sheet

Install the app, sign in with your mapwise.com account or make one, and learn the four tabs and the map buttons.

Signing in
Use the email and password from mapwise.com, or Sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft if that is how you created your account. A new account made in the app works on the web too.
Subscriptions
A MapWise Pro subscription bought on mapwise.com unlocks the app as soon as you sign in. A subscription bought through the App Store is managed in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions, and your receipts come from Apple.
Restoring a purchase
On a new iPhone, sign in and your App Store subscription comes back with your account. If the app still shows locks, open Account, then Billing, and tap Restore Purchases; the row shows whenever the app thinks nothing is active. The Get MapWise Pro sheet has Restore in its corner too.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Account, then Profile, then Delete Account. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period, and the email we send has a link to cancel it. An App Store subscription must be cancelled separately in your iPhone Settings.
